Getting the most out of Your private classes:

  • Clothing: Loose/comfortable (modest) that you can move freely in. Shirt tucked in, workout pants. No shorts, no tank tops.

  • Warm up before your session begins. Practice abdominal breathing.

  • Prepare your questions, have a notepad with you, recording is not permitted.

  • Clear, sufficient practice space, adequate lighting.

  • Avoid eating (2 hours) right before your class if possible.

  • Turn off all distractions (TV/music/devices)/noise as much as possible. 

  • Position the camera and yourself so that your entire body is visible.

  • A parent must be present for private classes with children.

  • New students please complete a New Student Survey, so that I may better serve you.

  • Notify me if you have or develop special needs so that we may make adjustments accordingly.

  • Go into your class with an open mind, ready to learn. Allow yourself to be a student.

  • You will be treated in a friendly, respectful, caring fashion.

  • I will motivate you as much as you need, but NOT loud, boisterous, "boot camp"  type classes (I did that for many years). I offer a calmer, softer, more meditative atmosphere: Sanctuary and forge.

  • Our training is fun, exciting, but it’s not entertainment. It is education; It is higher. All interactions shall be sincere, respectful. Appropriate attire, language, demeanor, atmosphere are expected at all times.

  • After scheduling your private class, you'll receive a confirmation email with the date/time of your appointment and link to your zoom class, and a reminder email the day before your appointment.

  • 24 hours notice is required to reschedule a cancelled appointment. No exceptions. No refunds.
