Subscription Plans are recurring monthly until cancelled by the student. 

 

Cancelled Plans remain active until the end of the billing cycle. You must cancel before your next scheduled payment date to avoid being charged again. Cancel: My Subscriptions, Cancel.  

 

No refunds are given on prepaid subscription plans, online programs.


Unused monthly student video submissions/feedback sessions do not accrue. All student video submissions must be used within 30 days of purchase. No refunds are given on prepaid student video reviews.

Private Instruction/Zoom Classes must be used within 30 days of the date of purchase. No refunds are given on prepaid private classes.

 

24 hours notice is required to reschedule a cancelled appointment. I will reschedule an appointment a maximum of 2 times before requiring a new appointment be purchased.
