Create and submit one video, demonstrating material from the instructional videos. There is great room for individuality, but submissions must adhere to the requirements listed on the Uploader page.
 
You will also find tips there on creating effective video submissions. For many, creating the first video is a challenge. It is a skill that improves with practice. Don't hesitate to reach out to me if you need assistance.
 
I will look at your techniques, then give you 2-3 suggestions that I can see would improve your techniques the most at that time, and other observations. I'll convey the information in a way that allows you to access it, to feel it in your own body, awakening to new levels of skill and understanding. Feedback is given via email.
 
All submissions are private, viewed only by myself, and deleted from our system after feedback has been given.
